After a long hiatus, the TFTH official sampler page is reborn... and is now using the latest in on-line music technology --> MP3.
Two From The Heart is a band of 2, myself, Dave Grossman, as lyricist and lead singer on most songs, and Kevin Dolorico doing everything else (music composition, keyboards, mixing, backup vocals, and more). We started back in the summer of 1994 and recorded our first hit "Girl". It was a mix of dance beats and the story of a guy's unrequited love for the girl of his dreams. That song seems quite rough around the edges now, though, and we plan a rework of it within the coming year. In the summer of 1995, we released "Looking at You." LaY had a softer touch to it and sounded quite a bit better on vocals. It showed an increase in musical abilities and professionalism. As we got busier, Two From The Heart seemed to take a backseat in our lives, and although I had been creating new lyrics, new songs just weren't happening. Finally, near the end of 1997, we started production of our upcoming track "Goodbye", where our hero (i.e. the singer) says goodbye, without regret, to a year + long relationship with his girl. It is not yet finished (and it's completion is on hold while I am in London for a while), but is (sort of) available for you to get a "sneak listen". Thanks for your support. [Note: Not only were these recorded analog on audio tapes more than 6 years ago, but our equipment sucked too :) So expect a lot of static and odd mixing levels of vocals and the rest. Hmm, maybe I'm just making excuses 'cause I know that, 6 years ago, my voice hadn't nearly developed into, well, a voice that could sing :-) But don't worry about it... if you're really about to listen, you know it was all just for fun :-) ] Looking At You (1995) Girl (1994) Goodbye (1997/8 - Kevin is singing vocals on this unfinished version)
All of the above files are original songs in .MP3 format.
